이사야 53:3

그는 멸시를 받아 사람들에게 버림 받았으며 간고를 많이 겪었으며 질고를 아는 자라 마치 사람들이 그에게서 얼굴을 가리는 것 같이 멸시를 당하였고 우리도 그를 귀히 여기지 아니하였도다 _사53:3

He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. _Isaiah 53:3, NIV
